As our Manager of Demand Generation you will play a crucial role in helping Synaptiq solve meaningful problems through AI and data. You will own all demand generation marketing efforts while creating unified and thoughtful messaging that not only generates results but also ensures brand consistency. You will develop, iterate and A/B test innovative B2B marketing campaigns, as well as help drive our digital marketing strategy with a keen focus on achieving aggressive sales targets. You are someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and where your efforts will be recognized and valued.

We are excited for you to:

  • Build and execute demand generation and marketing efforts that deliver quantifiable results across multiple channels

  • Create multi-channel digital marketing programs to expand Synaptiq’s marketing reach, increase website traffic and inbound leads to prospective customers

  • Leverage our marketing automation and lead generation tools and resources to streamline, automate, and measure marketing workflows and tasks 

  • Align creative and messaging with landing pages, ads, emails and all other digital assets

  • Design and execute A/B experiments to ensure we are getting the right right results and outcomes

  • Consistently analyze data and outcomes of campaigns, web traffic, etc

Tell us about your experience:

  • 3+ of experience creating, executing and measuring growth-focused demand generation/ market programs in a B2B industry

  • Strong comfort level in leveraging marketing automation to generate web traffic, convert web visitors into leads, and using dynamic workflows to nurture leads and drive to future conversion

  • Experienced with marketing automation tools (we use HubSpot!)

  • Comfortable designing, executing, and analyzing outcomes for A/B tests

  • Data focused! We want you to be excited not only lead with a creative mindset that delivers results but we want you to also value the analytics behind your work and leverage this to inform decisions

  • Ability to quickly assimilate into new industries and become an expert in our space

  • Comfortable working with data and web analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics and related) 

  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
